41% of users open campaigns on a mobile, 23% will open it again, 30% will open it on a different device and 12.9% of those users will take action with a click. Mobile readers who open emails a second time from their computer are 65% more likely to click through. 

Long story short, businesses and marketeers need to tailor their email design for both desktop and mobile to target consumers effectively and boost their click through rate. The mobile catches their attention, the desktop makes them take action.
