Email Blaster are entirely UK based, when you upload your email marketing data into our software, it will reside on one of our network of data servers in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
At no point will any of your private data ever leave the U.K. This means that you would meet all of the requirements of GDPR, by keeping your data within the UK. All data is sent via secure TLS encryption, giving you total peace of mind that your data is in very safe hands.
For added security, access to your account can be restricted to nominated IP addresses. You will also have the option to enable secure two factor authentication.
Account managed support, when you need it
Upon opening your full account with us, you will be allocated a named account manager. Your account manager will be available for support or a helping hand whenever you need it.
We offer support via telephone, live web chat, support ticket or email. You will never be waiting extended periods for support staff in a different time zone to answer your query. Here at Email Blaster, you'll always receive friendly knowledgeable support promptly.
