Here at Email Blaster we've been making & supplying cloud based email marketing software since 2009. We specialise in supplying the public sector, we are especially proud to support and supply NHS trusts all over the country.
We are an officially registered supplier to the NHS, through our work witin the sector, we are familiar with the typical requirements, both in terms of functionality and security.
All data uploaded into our software will be sent via encrypted transmission to the Tier 4 data centre in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire - your data will never leave the UK. The data centre is a secure location, with 24/7 on site security, entry is restricted to nominated Email Blaster personnel with the appropriate level of security clearence. Our network of servers are protected using a layered system of both hardware and software peripherals and programs.
Our email marketing software is entirely our own, no part of our data storage or sending network is outsourced to third parties.

Fully GDPR Compliant
Here at Email Blaster we fully compliant in our role as The Data Processor, as outlined by GDPR. We have a dedicated Data Protection Officer and only nominated senior management staff have access to our data storage servers.
When you upload your data into our cloud based email marketing software, it is sent using TLS encryption to our network of data storage servers in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. No part of our network is outside of the UK and your data will never leave this country.
GDPR requires that if you are intending to store your contact's private data (such as their email address) outside of the U.K, then they must first give their permission for their private data to be exported outside of the protection of GDPR. Here at Email Blaster, you'll always have total peace of mind that your data remains right here in the U.K at all times.
The Email Blaster software also gives you the ability to create GDPR compliant double opt in web sign up forms for your website. Any new subscribers to your email marketing list will be taken through a secure GDPR complaint sign-up process, prior to being added to your data, stored on our UK server network.
Great support, when you need it
New users should find it really easy to get up and running with our software. We always endeavour to make sure that using it should be intuitive and easy to navigate around. Sometimes though, it's reassuring to know that if your users would like a helping hand, that knowledgeable, friendly support is available via telephone, web chat or email.
Here at Email Blaster, we offer dedicated support via an account manager for all of our Public Sector clients. Available to help and support during UK office hours.
Your account manager can be contacted via telephone, web chat or direct email. No call centres, no waiting 24 hours to get a brief reply from a supplier in a different time zone, just prompt friendly support when you need it.
We also offer a complimentary web based training session for your key staff. Your account manager will provide a live on-screen walk through of the key sections of the software. If you are moving over from a different email marketing software provider, or are new to cloud based software, then the session will help your users get up and running quickly and easily.
